This page covers BrightSolutionApps website forms and the ThermoGoals Chrome extension.

Data collected: If you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter (name, email, message).
How it is used: Only to respond to your request and discuss your project or the ThermoGoals purchase inquiry.
Where it is stored: Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify’s form handling for this website.
Sharing: We do not sell or share form data with third parties other than service providers required to deliver the form submission (Netlify and configured email notifications).
Retention: We keep submissions as long as needed to respond and maintain basic business records, then delete when no longer needed.

Local-only data: ThermoGoals stores user data locally in the user’s browser (Chrome extension storage). It is not uploaded to BrightSolutionApps servers.
No sale of data: We do not sell or transfer extension user data to third parties.
No unrelated use: Extension data is used only to provide the app’s analytics, tracking, and reporting features.
No creditworthiness: We do not use or transfer user data for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
