Website (BrightSolutionApps)

• Where it is stored: Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify’s form handling for this website.

• Retention: We keep submissions as long as needed to respond and maintain basic business records, then delete when no longer needed.

ThermoGoals Chrome Extension

• Local-only data: ThermoGoals stores user data locally in the user’s browser using Chrome extension storage. It is not uploaded to BrightSolutionApps servers.
• No sale of data: We do not sell or transfer extension user data to third parties.
• No unrelated use: Extension data is used only to provide the app’s analytics, tracking, and reporting features.
• No creditworthiness: We do not use or transfer user data for creditworthiness or lending purposes.

Vine Keyword Assistant

• Purpose: Vine Keyword Assistant is a browser-based utility designed to help users review and filter visible product listings within Amazon Vine.
• Personal data: The extension does not collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, payment information, or account passwords.
• Local browser storage only: The extension may save user-entered keywords, preferences, display settings, audio settings, and temporary utility data locally in Chrome storage on the user’s device.
• No external transmission: Data used by the extension is processed locally in the browser and is not sent to BrightSolutionApps servers or other external servers for analytics, profiling, or marketing.
• Page interaction: The extension reads visible content on supported Amazon Vine pages only to identify keyword matches, sort or label results, and support the utility’s on-page features.
• Permissions usage: Any requested Chrome permissions, such as storage, tabs, activeTab, or host permissions for supported pages, are used only to operate the extension’s core features.
• No selling or sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share extension data with third parties.
• No remote code: The extension does not rely on remotely hosted code to execute its core functionality. Its functionality is contained within the installed extension package.
• User control: Locally stored extension data can typically be removed by clearing the extension’s stored data, resetting the extension, or uninstalling the extension.
• No creditworthiness or lending use: Extension data is not used for credit, lending, background checks, or eligibility decisions.
